Full registration includes:
-Admission to all technical sessions (oral & poster), plenary sessions, and exhibition.
-Welcome reception, and Banquet.
-Access to the online conference abstracts.
Prices for the Excursion and additional tickets for accompanying guests to the Banquet and Excursion will be announced soon.

Invitation Letter Application
Please contact the secretariat for the request form if the invitation letter is required. Detail information will be announced after the acceptance/rejection of the papers have been sent to the presenting authors.
Please note that an official invitation letter will be sent via e-mail (PDF attached) upon the attendee’s request without any charge
We can also send the printed invitation letter via regular mail but with a charge (1,000 JPY).
If you need documents (Letter of Guarantee, Letter of Invitation, Details of Company/Organization, and Travel Itinerary) (https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html) to submit to the Japanese embassy/consulate, please contact the secretariat. Please understand that we charge 3,000 JPY for preparing those documents.
